OnView is a curated film series by PalaisPopulaire. Twice a year, PalaisPopulaire present films from international artists that explore a specific theme over a period of up to 8 weeks. Under the title Transformation, the fourth edition brings together works by Vaijko Chachkhiani, Selma Selman, Sam Taylor-Johnson, and Gernot Wieland.

As in previous presentations, the works selected for OnView – Transformation reflect the different meanings and interpretations of the term. Set within social or political contexts, the films explore change and transformation, reversal and metamorphosis, revealing how opposites can both emerge and vanish.

The exhibition will commence on Thursday 13th August and will run until Monday 21st September.
