we are delighted to announce that Jakob Lena Knebl and Ashley Hans Scheirl will be the first artists to have an exhibition at Phileas‘ new exhibition space in Vienna. Building on their Pavillion for the Venice Biennale, SoftMachine will not only present the duo’s own work but situate their practice in relation to the work of their students at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and the Academy of Fine Art Vienna.
